I was in the market for a luxury handbag and unfortunately, my taste exceeded my budget. I all but lost hope until I found Be Roma. I was hesitant at first because there are so many websites that offer one-to-one, mirror image, replicas, and do not follow through with their promises. I knew this website was different. The second I began chatting with them on their website, the customer service was unparallel to anything I’ve ever experienced in a store, they were able to answer all of my questions in detail and when above and beyond to reassure me of the quality of their goods and services. I ended up purchasing four handbags from them.to my first order and then upon receiving them, I immediately ordered two more. The quality is nothing like I’ve ever seen. As a native New Yorker and a luxury bag owner, I am extremely picky and Know what the real deal looks feels and smells like. These products are top-of-the-line, and they not only resemble the real deal but they feel and smell real too!! There is no crazy chemical odor, the leather and canvas used is the same exact materials used in the original factories and the end product is absolutely breathtaking. I am planning an ordering two more bags and definitely more in the future to grow my collection. There is absolutely no reason to break the bank when you have a company like Be Roma. I will buy handbags from this company for the rest of my life, I have already recommended several friends from my office and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a new purse. You can spend three or $400 on a Tory Birch bag or a coach or you can get yourself a Gucci or Louis Vuitton? You decide. I love the store, I know you will too.

The most commendable thing about this company is the level of customer service and satisfaction. The service provided was impeccable. I previously had terrible experience shopping elsewhere and hence I was more cautious and reserved about shopping online. I must have asked at least 20 questions, and each one of them answered with consideration to ensure I feel comfortable and safe with shopping online. Jessica the wonderful lady whom I've been communicating with, has been nothing short of being professional, knowledgeable and easy to speak to. She went above and beyond to ensure my questions were being answered and provided reassurances along the way until I received my items and was happy with it. Her manager Paul has also been very helpful as well, even offering to assist me with dealing with a scam I encountered previously with another company. Next on to the quality of the items.. I have been known to have an eagle eye when it comes to the level of details, and before ordering the items I want, I did my research, went to the store to have a look and feel of the item so that I can compare the items when I received them. Every level of details are captured and delivered as promised. So much so that I felt comfortable referring my friends to shop here too. In summary, I will not hesitate to shop with Be Roma again. I am more than happy with both the quality of the items and the excellent customer service. I decided after making 3 purchases, it's about time to give credit where it's due. With every order there is an ongoing dialogue with a representative from the Be Roma company. Jessica was my liaison and she was excellent. She would answer any queries promptly and with great detail. The products that I received were of extremely high quality. I have studied the many comparison youtube videos between the authentic and replicas that I ordered and what I received was amazingly accurate to the authentic requirements and rarely aligned with the fake giveaways. You can see that the materials are carefully chosen and the design’s details have been studied. These products aren’t sloppily slapped together as what is typically seen on NYC street corners. I am torn between giving a 4 or a 5 star review. The only hesitation was that there were a few inconsistencies with the order caught on the preview videos from the factory. However, Jessica, more than made up for the oversight and redirected the order properly. I would give her and the product 5 stars. I would order from this company again without any hesitation.

Customer service of this company is first class. Emily kept me up to date and kept an eye on my order. The metal trim on my ordered bag was incorrect but Emily found a solution quickly with no fuss.
The bag is great and despite the metal trim colour I'm very happy with it. Lovely soft leather and very well made. I had the real thing in my hands recently and apart from inside finish there is nothing between them.
