Order Process

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours from the moment it was placed. Please email us at help@beroma.is to request an order cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship all orders through secure courier services directly to your door. You will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment. You can also track your order directly in our website.

After we receive the order, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to process and ship your order.
