Customers satisfaction is our number 1 priority. If the quality is not as advertised, you are entitled to a full refund, without any restocking fees.
Full refunds are issued within 3 business days from receipt of your returned goods.
BE ROMA accepts returns for products within 100 days of purchase. With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for your returned items in the same way you paid for them. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used. Items that are damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Returned items need to be in the condition you received them.

Returns and Refunds
Terms for Refunds and Exchanges:
- For 100 days within placing your order you are eligible to a full refund if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the item/s you received, or they arrived damaged or otherwise not as advertised
Upon receipt of the items, and confirming they are in the same condition as received with all of the original packaging included, your refund will be processed within 3 business days - This excludes only a few exceptions, such as there being clear and sufficient evidence to indicate the item was intentionally damaged by the receiver
- We take full responsibility for the delivery of our bags. If they are damaged or worn during the delivery process you will be eligible to a refund or exchange
- In the unlikely event that if for any reason an item is failed to be delivered by the courier we will resend all of the items purchased, at no additional cost, however you will not be eligible to instead choose a refund
- If the reason for wanting a refund is that you have decided you do not like the item (due to its style or another sense) you may not be eligible to a refund, and this is subject to our management team’s decision
- The customer is entirely responsible for the returned items and ensuring they are delivered directly to the address provided
- If you do not follow our return instructions you may not be eligible to a refund
- You may be asked to provide evidence to show the quality issue or damage to an item before we send you the return instructions and address
- If any of the original packaging received is not included you may not be eligible to a refund, and this is subject to our management team’s decision
- If customs fees or charges are accumulated from failure to follow the return instructions the customer will have to cover these
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels, these are the customer’s responsibility
- Please use these terms and conditions as reference to understand if and when you will be eligible for a return and refund/exchange

Conditions for returns and refunds:
- All the returned items must include their full original packaging
- Returned items must be in the exact condition they were bought and received in
- Returned items must be packaged exactly as received, and in a careful manner
- The return instructions must be followed, and tracking number provided once the returned items have been shipped
- Returned goods must be returned directly to the address provided
- Returned items cannot be used or damaged
- Our refund policy may change and be adapted over time as we aim to improve our customer’s experience. The current refund policy is effective at the time you wish to make a return. If the refund policy has changed since you purchased the current policy applies, unless you have already returned your item/s.
